As President of the Ogden One Cycling Club for several years, and resident of Ogden City for more than 20 years, Conlin could no longer justify having his business in a neighboring city.

When a rent sign showed up on one of Historic 25th’s unique buildings, Conlin and his office promptly picked up their desks and moved to downtown, (Ogden that is) and haven’t looked back. With loan officers who are active members of committees promoting downtown as well as an increasing involvement in sponsoring events and groups, Newcastle Mortgage on Historic 25th Street plans to remain Ogden’s premier mortgage company for years to come.
